Comrades

I went to a Halloween costume party Saturday night. I was hoping that Cindy and I could go together as a pantomime horse but that wasn't possible so I had to look for other costume ideas. I was considering a few different ideas when I asked a couple of my American friends what they were planning. Larry said that he was going as Fidel, so Sean said immediately that he would go as Che. There was nothing left but for me to go as Lenin.

I think we made a good trio.

Is Cindy your French lady friend??

I've heard that one of the most popular Halloween costumes this year has been a Steve Irwin outfit complete with bloody stingray barb sticking out of the chest. Any ideas whether that's true?

Yes.

The latest South Park featured Steve Irwin with the whole stingray hanging out of his chest. And a friend of mine in LA told me she was going to a costume party as a stingray.

That's scary!

Happy Reformation day, by the way!! Maybe you could have dressed up as Martin Luther!

Wow, going to effort for a dress up party. Kudos to you, N.

qDid you know...

One of my most secretest fantasies is to dress up as a pantomime horse for a day with someone, anyone who is keen to, and conduct my regualr activites - uni, go to the shops, that kind of thing.

That is about as saucy as my fantasies get though. My others, in case you are wondering, are to

(a) bathe in soy milk. Or oat milk, but the expense would be just silly.

(b) to consume a bowl of V8 jukice warm. Sounds easy, but I just keep putting it off.
