When I was at Disney World I bought some little tins of hot chocolate that come in funny colours. I got around to trying them the other day.
The powder is white when dry (partly because is has a lot of powdered milk in it) but the colour comes out as soon as it gets wet.
I was surprised at just how psychadelic the colours are.
The only side effect is that it really doesn't taste that great - too milky, not chocolatey enough. A bit like white chocolate. I guess that's what happens when you try to change something to such unnatural colours.

You're just sour because you're a vegan now.
Ha, ha! No hot chocolate for you! The best you can do is to put cocoa into soy milk while I add some marshmallows to my creamy hot chocolate. (You're meant to find marshmallows offensive because of the gelatine.)
No, lok, I'm sorry, but Cameron has a point here. I'd have let the text pass, but the photographic accompaniment was just too much for me to handle.
You damn hippies just spoil all the fun. This stuff looks good, even if it is white chocolate.
And then later on you bag out deep fried beans. Geez, it might've been the only way for me to eat it!
Spoil sports.
I don't care what gelatin is made of; it tastes awful It's like eating dry flour or chalk dust.
